Die Tier- und Jagdbilder sind Farbradierungen . Gefertigt werden die Bilder in unserer Kupferdruckerei, vormals Franz Hanfstaengl, in München.
Jedes Bild wird von Hand abgezogen. Die Druckvorlagen sind original Kupferplatten aus dem weltbekannten Hanfstaengl Verlag.
Heute wird die Tradition dieses berühmten Verlages von uns, dem Blanc Kunstverlag in München, fortgesetzt. Wir drucken noch immer auf den Maschinen des Hanfstaengl Verlages und auch unseren Druckermeister kommt aus dem Hause Hanfstaengl

All Animal pictures are coloured etchings. The pictures are printed in our printing shop in Munich – formaly Franz Hanfstaengl, Munich.
Each picture is printed by hand . The plates are original copper plates from the famous Hanfstaengl publishing house, Munich.
Today we, the Blanc Kunstverlag in Munich, continue the old tradition in fine art of Franz Hanfstaengl by keeping the old techniques alive. We still use the same printing machines as Hanfstaengl and even our printer was already working for the traditional publishing house.

Historie des Hauses Hanfstaengl

1833 gründete Franz Hanfstaengl die Lithographische Anstalt Franz Hanfstaengl und arbeitete nun in ganz Europa.1893 wurde der Hanfstaengl-Verlag zur Königlich-Bairischen Kunstanstalt ernannt.
Seit 1910 wurden vom Verlag viele Originalradierungen namhafter Künstler gedruckt und verlegt, darunter Bauer,
Meyer-Eberhardt, Olszewski, u. a. Die Familie führte den Verlag bis 1980.
Der Kunstverlag Blanc setzt erfolgreich die Tradition des Hauses Hanfstaengl fort. So werden die raren Radierungen
und Kupferdrucke wieder einem internationalen Kunstpublikum zugänglich gemacht.

The History of the Hanfstaengl Publishing Company

In 1833, Franz Hanfstaengl founded the Lithographic Society Franz Hanfstaengl and from that time on he worked all over Europe.In 1893 the Hanfstaengl Publishing Co. was proclaimed the Art Institute for the Bavarian Court.Since 1910 also many original etchings by famous artists such as Bauer, Meyer-Eberhardt, Olszewski and othershave been printed and published. The company was run by the Hanfstaengl family until 1980.The Blanc Publishing Company is successfully continuing the tradition of the Hanfstaengl Co., making availablethe rare etchings and copperprints to international art buyers.
